If I opt for subscription am I locked in?

There are no lock in contracts

How does the go cardless option work?

If you have opted for our subscription service you will receive a go cardless payment link to your phone via text, this is filled in once allowing us to initiate payment after each clean in the future.

Do you accept bank transfer for residential customers who require a one off service?

We only accept pay on day by tapping you card on our payment device.

Am I able to skip a month with our being charged?

Yes, all you have to do is respond to the reminder text we send out the night before asking to be skipped to the following round.

What if I am not happy with the work carried out?

If you are a window cleaning customer who hasn't been happy with the quality of work, we advise sending us an email with photos showing this to info@xjetpro.co.uk. If the photos show poor work quality, a refund will be applied. If you are someone who has received any other service from us and was not happy please email or call us so we are aware, we will send someone back to your property to rectify any issues.
